So I'm writing a story with a friend   and it needs a name.  I'm absolutely atrocious at naming things, only every once in a while does a name come to mind that actually sticks.  "Riled" seems to be the only work of my own that has a very strong title.

So here's a somewhat short summary of the idea.

Surprisingly, it turns out that all of this time, magic truly did exist.  Elementalists tapped into six different elemental realms and held their own organizations and hierarchies well into modern times.  All of this was unknown until the year 2014... when the world as we know it ended.  In an event that simply became known as "The Merge" a rift was opened, causing all six realms and our own to collide, changing the face of the planet forever.  Chaos and death ensued as objects, landforms, and even people tried to occupy the same place at the same time.  After the collision, some realms prevailed over others, creating patches that mostly resembled one of the six, some of the Earth realm remained mostly intact in patches as well, and some places converted to uninhabitable wasteland when none of the realms won out.  The effect on civilization was cataclysmic.  Governments crumbled out of existence, leaving the land lawless to those who survived. Aside from Elementalists, a new type of magic user emerged, born in people that had never known of such things before, and elemental beings, most of which had never left their home realm, now occupied the same areas as humans.

Now five years later, the year 2019, leaders have emerged and the survivors have begun to adapt to their new and dangerous environment.  Unfortunately not everyone is interested in merely helping themselves and others survive.  Even in this new world, power corrupts.

so there you have it! (Hope you guys like it, it's been fun to write with my favorite writing buddy!!!)  Any ideas?  I'd love to hear them, even if you think it sounds funny xD  anything could spark an idea for an amazing title.

PS: Oh, have I mentioned lately how much I love my job?  I got bribed to work on Saturday... My boss promised to bring me those limited edition Cheerwine flavored filling doughnuts from Krispy Kreme.  *drool* they were amazing.  So I got food and overtime... awesomesauce. (If you don't know what Cheerwine is, it's a locally bottled and sold drink, so it's only available in NC and SC and maybe just a few more areas close by.  It's amazing... so if you are ever in the area, get it!!!)
