sorry if you got the link that was posted before.  I copy/pasted the share link for the correct video but it for some reason went elsewhere.  Yahoo... how I hate you...  This is the right one now.  I had no idea that it posted twice one with the wrong link and the other with the right one.

My dad gave me a speech similar to this when I was a kid, just not as long mind you lol.  You have to listen to the whole thing, if you think that it was all negative or something you clearly missed the message and/or only listened to part of it.  This is America, where you're not  handed success on a platter and the world doesn't revolve around you.…

:O_o:.... that's definitely NOT the standard, to be honest.

I wonder how many students walked away from that ceremony,
whom actually understood what he was saying.

anywho, thx for the link ^_^

It said in my Dev Watch that you made two entries with the same text but different links. The first vid I saw was about a flashlight bomb. I was like "Did I miss some important moral about not putting explosives in flashlights during my childhood?" :noes:

I like his speech though, I thought it was going to be way more condescending from the way the journalist put it but watching the video it was a really good tactic to mix it up with some light hearted humour. I would go to say that "This is the world where you're not handed success on a platter" though. It doesn't matter where you live, the same will always hold true even in different types of cultures or societies. Grass huts don't build themselves, nor do skill sets/ talents or achievements. ;P

And yeah, someone really needs to give Donald Trump that memo.

Haha yeah.... about that....

Yahoo is a very retarded website and these meaningful articles only come around once in a blue moon. But apparently when you try and share the video by linking directly to it it sends you to something completely different. I was a bit miffed lol. I clicked the share option and copy/pasted the exact link it gave me and it sent me to something else. >.<

I know a bunch more people than Donald Trump that need that memo lol
